agrees to pay the Roseburg Elks Lodge #326, $50 for a 10 x 10 booth space at the September 12, 2026, Roseburg Elks Charity Auto Show.

Booth spaces will be in the grass area in the vicinity of the fountain and/or along the sidewalks on the Campus of Umpqua Community College. Roseburg Elks Lodge representatives will be available to help you select a space. The space is to be used to sell or promote sales of your products. The Elks Lodge would encourage a family-oriented game or activity as well, to help promote the Street Fair. Space fee is payable by September 1st. The event will officially open to the public on Saturday, September 12th at 9:00 AM and will close at 4:00 pm.

Roseburg Elks Lodge want to invite you to be part of this spectacular one-day event. Everyone will have a great time as this all-inclusive event for every family member. In addition, to selling your wares, we ask that you consider having a family-friendly activity that will add to the atmosphere and energy of the Auto Show. This is only a suggestion.

If you are interested in being a merchant vendor at our show, please complete the fillable Vendor contract below and submit your payment of $50. This can be done online. The form and your payment can be mailed to: Roseburg Elks Lodge #326, PO Box 717, Roseburg, OR 97470 (Attention: Street Fair) or delivered to the office at 749 SE Jackson Street during regular business hours.

Your contract and payment must reach the office no later than September 7th.
