Roseburg Elks Lodge want to invite you to be part of this spectacular one-day event. Everyone will have a great time as this all-inclusive event for every family member. In addition, to selling your wares, we ask that you consider having a family-friendly activity that will add to the atmosphere and energy of the Auto Show. This is only a suggestion. If you are interested in being a merchant vendor at our show, please complete the fillable Vendor contract below and submit your payment of $50. This can be done online. The form and your payment can be mailed to: Roseburg Elks Lodge #326, PO Box 717, Roseburg, OR 97470 (Attention: Street Fair) or delivered to the office at 749 SE Jackson Street during regular business hours. Your contract and payment must reach the office no later than September 7th.
Thank you for wanting to join us for the Roseburg Elks Charity Auto Show. UCC waived the requirement to be one of their approved food vendors for the college. However, you are encouraged to be an approved food vendor. You can do so by contacting the UCC Purchasing Manger’s office at 541-440-7658.
