The Roseburg Elks Charity Auto Show committee want to recognize and thank Bruce Pettengill, founder of this auto show. This auto show was his vision, and his dream. Bruce, an Elk member and auto enthusiast himself, wanted to give back to his community. After becoming aware of needs in the area of student activates and maintenance for the Memorial at UCC, he worked tirelessly to get his auto show off the ground. Beginning in 2020 when the actual event was cancelled due to COVID, Bruce promoted the event through an RV raffle. The first actual show was held in 2021. Each year the auto show grew, word got out and he strived to improve over year before, increasing the charitable giving amount. “Thank you” is not enough for all you have done.
