There are a variety of sponsorship options for you to choose from. Select the option from the table to the right that best fits you. Once you have decided on your sponsor level you can

  • Contact a Sponsor Representative to pick up your check and review your packet information.
  • Use the shopping cart option to select and pay for your sponsorship level. Remember to fill out and submit the fillable Sponsor From.
  • Print and complete the form, then mail the form along with your check to Roseburg Elks Lodge, PO Box 717, Roseburg, OR 97470
  • When choosing option #2 or #3, a sponsor representative will contact you for additional information.

2026 Event Sponsorship Levels
Trophy Classes:

Trophy Sponsorship is included with most Sponsor Packages. Any Sponsor donation of $250-$499 may select a “class” trophy of their choosing of those classes still available. Your company’s name will be put on both the first and second place trophies of that class and announced during the awards ceremony. All classes from 100 to 951 are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Our fundraising efforts also include a raffle, where prizes are given to individuals participating in the raffle drawing. If you would like to donate to our raffle, please contact us to plan for pickup of your prize contribution. To avoid issues with the IRS, please keep in-kind donations under $600 in value.
