Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Enthusiasts,
The Roseburg Elks are proud to provide another opportunity to show off your motorized creations while supporting charitable needs for our community. If you would like to pre-register, please fill out the fillable form and submit payment online via the shopping cart. You can also print and fill out the form, then mail the form along with your check to Roseburg Elks Lodge #326, PO Box 717, Roseburg, OR. 97470 or deliver in person at 749 SE Jackson St in Roseburg. Pre-registration forms and fees must be received by the Lodge office no latter then September 7th. Pre-registration fee is $20 per vehicle, and $30 at the gate.
Car Show Rules:
- Registration is open from 7:00 to 10:00AM, you must be in line by 10:00AM.
- Registration Fee is $20 per Car if pre-registered. $30 at the gate. Two display signs per car is allowed.
- Canopies – If you have a canopy, ensure that it is adequately weighted as the show area is a a parking lot. Winds are a normal occurrence and protecting people and cars are first and foremost. You will be help responsible for any damages.
- Parking is first come, first served. Pre-Registered Cars will receive preferred parking, when available. We will try to accommodate special parking request needs if possible.
- NO ALCOHOL is permitted on the UCC Campus except as allowed by UCC regulations.
- If your vehicle is for sale, place signs inside and/or out of sight of normal foot traffic. Placing the sign on a seat is preferred.
- Your signature is authorization for the Roseburg Elks Lodge the use of any pictures of your car, truck, or motorcycle for the use of promoting this event. Roseburg Elks Lodge will not use or sell any of your personal information outside of notifying you about future events.
