2026 Food Vendor Registration

Although not required, it is recommended that you be a member of UCC approved Vendor List. If you wish to be on that list, you must complete the UCC Food Service Providers Agreement by contacting UCC Marketing at (541) 440-4600.

Roseburg Elks Lodge #326 and (vendor): agree
that the Vendor will pay the $125.00 food vendor fee today upon checkout to secure their space at the Roseburg Elks Charity Auto Show.

Thank you for wanting to join us for the Roseburg Elks Charity Auto Show. UCC waived the requirement to be one of their approved food vendors for the college. However, you are encouraged to be an approved food vendor. You can do so by contacting the UCC Purchasing Manger’s office at 541-440-7658.

If you are already on the list, please complete the Food Vendor Contract below and submit online with payment or mail along with your payment to Roseburg Elks Lodge #326, PO Box 717, Roseburg, OR 97470. You can also deliver the completed form and payment to the office located at 749 SE Jackson Street, Roseburg during regular business hours.

Your contract and payment must reach the office no later than September 7th.
